How much does a CDR cost, and what does it include?
The cost of a CDR is $459. It includes a site analysis visit, a Certified Drainage Report with glossary(Typically 6-8 pages), a FEMA Firmette Flood Map, and a USDA Soils report. Upon agreement to proceed with the site analysis, a $200 deposit is requested, with the balance due upon receipt of the CDR. Typically the site visit is about an hour and the CDR’s are delivered within 2 weeks.
